    Turn the power switch off, and fully charge the keyboard.

    Delete ( Remove ) all of the Bluetooth connections from your Mac and restart.

    Turn on the keyboard power and switch to the Bluetooth channel(BT1/BT2/BT3).

    Turn on the Bluetooth on your Mac.

    Re-pair and connect the keyboard.

 

    Can not find the keyboard on the device Bluetooth list?

 

    Please make sure the system version is Mac OS 10.15 and above, or update your Bluetooth version.

    Please make sure the Bluetooth channel enters a pairing mode( Bluetooth indicator flashing quickly)

    Turn off the keyboard, restart your Mac and try to pair it again.
