What to do if the mouse has no response?

Situation 1:

Suddenly failed to connect (connected before). Our technicians recommend replacing the 1.5V AA battery and then plugging in the receiver again.

Situation 2:

The mouse cannot be connected for the first use. Our technicians recommend re-pairing the receiver. Here are the steps for the MS037 mouse pairing: Please install a 1.5V battery, turn on the power switch, then press and hold the right mouse button + the middle button of the scroll wheel at the same time, then plug in the receiver, and the pairing is successful.

Situation 3:

The mouse not switch to the correct mode. Please turn the mouse around to the back, on the right hand side there's a button. PS:Red led lights indicates for USB Mode, and green lights for Type-C mode.

Then repeat the second method to re-pair.
